How to tell if installed database is 32/64 bit?

We have an Oralce 8.1.7r3 database on Solaris 8/64-bit. How can I tell if the 32-bit or 64-bit version was installed.

I performed 'ldd oracle' and it didn't list any libraries ersembling 64-bit.
