RAW - Device on solaris8

Hi All,
I have a (maybe simple) probem:

I use Oracle 8.1.6.3.0 on solaris8

When creating the database the following errors will be shown:

SVRMGR>      2>      3>      4>      5>      6>      7>      8>
9>     10> CREATE DATABASE "TEST2"

*

ORA-01501: CREATE DATABASE failed
ORA-19504: failed to create file "/u01/oradata/TEST2/control01.ctl"
ORA-27041: unable to open file

SVR4 Error: 22: Invalid argument
Additional information: 3

/u01/oradata/TEST2/control01.ctl is a link on /dev/rdsk/c4t0d8s1 which is a link to the lun.

The permissions are 660 and oracle:dba , except that /dev/rdsk/c4t0d8s1 is a link owned by root (perm 777)
