First run a tool called "Net8 Assistant" which should be found in the Network Administration menu in the Oracle menu in the Start menu (in a standard Windoze installation this button is in the lower left side of your screen). With this tool you can configure your Net8 settings to connect to your server. Aftter Net8   works you can configure ODBC.
