The prices for Oracle software is the same around the globe. Just
multiply $ prices with actual exchange rate and you will know your
price for Germany in Euro.
However, that prices are just catalogue's ones and I don't know if
even exists someone somewhere who paid them. Everytime I've been near
a price negotiations with Oracle some bargain price has been used,
with up to 60% discount from official price.
