Perhaps you can, perhaps you can't. It depends on what you are trying to
create.
Without a thorough knowledge of what you are doing one can't tell.
Oracle is much more than SQL Server with another company name on the CD. The differences are profound. And the further you get into it ... the less subtle they are.
