User friendly Help file for Oracle

Hi,


I want to know if Oracle has a more user friendly help file(just as the SQL
Server does). I find the Online document is difficult to find the useful
messages.


Since I just come from the SQL Server, and the help file for SQL Server is
very user friendly. And now I am using Oracle on NT.
