Not sure how you can limit uploads by MIME type - OWA does not provide
a way for this. I think the only way is to delete files of wrong type right
away in upload handler procedure (you have one, don't you). As of image
processing, I think you need to use ORDImage in your upload handler.
As of Accept: HTTP header, it can only be issued by client to notify server
of media preferences for response.
