Can I second this request? earlier on you posted a question which I answered concerning what to do with a corrupt system tablespace datafile. You then posted a follow up to your original message indicating that the UNDO tablespace had been dropped and that the system datafile needed data recovery. Now you are asking how to read data from a datafile - which is next to impossible without paying oracle corp large sums. Perhaps it would be wise to detail what happened, what error messages you have received and what you have actually done to try to recover the problem. I'm sure that if you did this the assembled wisdom of the group could quite happily detail your options. I'm quite happy to stand aside if my posts - none of which you have yet acknowledged - seem appropriate or helpful.
