and yet somehow even those jobs are outsourced or palmed off to the first third-worlder with 40 years IT experience, 3 "BSCs" and a couple of "Masters" and quite willing to work for $10/hour.

And the arseholes who recommend this as "value for money" and a great way of reducing the famous "tco" of course won't be around in 5 years time to pay for the consequences of what's gonna happen then!
