Help...about 9i AS...

I have no experiance of programming by using Oracle..

but, on these days, I have some interest in Serveral Application Server.

so I have visited the Oracle Web Site for looking for the Code for developing application program..

Soon, I realized that the Source code given by Oracle are all Java programs..

I wonder if all the program running on 9i AS must be Java Language..

If it is not ture, I wanna get some web site explaining the details or Source code..
