strange error- Oracle Call Interface

Hi All,
Once in a while our customer get this message from client application. The application is written in Delphi and we use MDAC 2.6 , MS provided Oracle OLE DB (Provider= MSDAORA) for connection to Oracle 8.1.7 database on NT. The error message is
"Unexpected error occurred: The count of rows processed went backward on Oracle call interface ofen call"
I have tried to search groups as well as google but could not find a single reference to this message.
