Grab the freeware DBATool from http://www.databee.com/dt_home.htm

The DBATool will extract all of the DDL from the export file and generate schema creation SQL scripts. As part of the script generation you can easily apply whatever rules you wish to change the size and storage clauses of the schema objects.
