130Mb is actually pretty small -certainly not one would call 'overuse'.

For links, you could start with mine, and go on from there (it links to some pretty important ones hosted by others). Also, search www.google.com, for this newsgroup, using the keyword "FAQ" -you'll find Jonathan Lewis posts on that topic regularly.
