Connection error

Hi, I have an Oracle database hosted on an NT server, that has been working fine up until now. The machine got infected with a virus, which has been removed by my IS dept. However, when I try to establish a connection to the database, I'm getting the following error:-

TNS-12500 listener failed to start a dedicated server process. When I examine the listener.log file, it also mentions a TNS-12560 and TNS-00530 errors ?

Any help / suggestions would be appreciated .
