If it helps any, here is the DDL for the tablespace.

CREATE TEMPORARY TABLESPACE ts_temp
TEMPFILE 'c:\disk1\ts_temp.dbf'
SIZE 20M
REUSE
EXTENT MANAGEMENT LOCAL
UNIFORM SIZE 64K
