Running Intermedia Text server as a WIN NT services ?

I'm using Oracle 8.1.7.0.0 on WNT 4 server.
i'm lauching a script : ctxsvr -user ctxsys/ctxsys which runs just fine
But i need to launch this intermedia server as a NT services. It is said in
an oracle doc that it comes with the NT services, but i can't see how to
install it properly.



Please help
