Oracle Database Pricing Question

I will be hosting small web sites on Win2000 server with Oracle as the
back end database. What would be the most cost effective database
license to buy ?


I checked Oracle's web site and they have Oracle personal edition (2
year - $240, and $400 for named user). Is this license applicable to
web sites ? Has any one out there have done similar set up ?
