PO is not bundled with EE. This relates to your last question. IF PO comes with Net8 and supports listeners and the other parts of Oracle RDBMS Server networking, then yes your DB can be accessed by a valid username/password from another PC that has the Oracle Net8 Client software, and has the proper entries in its tnsnames.ora file and lmhosts.

Can you run what "both at the same time?" Confused there.
