I have come across a similar error using OEM to configure RMAN. I think what
it is saying is that the connect details ( credentials?username) are
incorrect or the user you are with doesn't have correct rights on the target
DB . You will need reset your credentials for the target DB. Check help on
OEM. Do a search for credentials.
On top of this, it is imperative you get an export. If you cannot resolve
this problem quickly, I would take a manual export. Let me know if you
require a script.
