How can create a BIG TABLE

Hello,

Can anyone say me which value of INITIAL_EXTENT, NEXT_EXTENT,MINEXTENTS,... should i set to create the table PG_transaction ? What could be the impact in performance to choose a big NEXT_EXTENT (like 2 Go) ?

Oracle            :    8.1.7
TableName   :     PG_transaction
RowSize        :    677 Octets
Nb ROWS    :     20 000 000 Rows
Acces            :     Insert/Delete/Update/Select
Blocksize       :    4K
