Hello,



when I try to use a SQL-statement with ROW_NUMBER() OVER ...



I get an error message ORA-00439  Feature not installed :OLAP Window
Functions



How can I Install this(or what must I install?)  in an Oracle 8.1.7 and a 9i
Database?


Both databases are Standard, not Enterprise Editions.
