URGENT: Interfaces between 9i64 bit and 8i32 bit

are there any issues ? E.g. caused by different wordsizes.. any problem in having data flow either way ? via insert as select.. or sqlldr etc..
we have 2 prod DBs one of which will be upgraded to 9i 64 bit.
