Where can I find oratab.sh file.

I'm install Oracle 8i release 8.1.7 on Solaris 8 Intel Edition. Installation Guide said "Run the cdrom_mount_point/orainst/oratab.sh" create the oratab file . But there is not oratab.sh on the install CD. Where can I find oratab.sh file.
