Hi all,
I have a problem using svrmgrl in automated tasks because the NT user I have to use is a domain user.
This user is a member of the ORA_DBA group and the Administrators group (through a domaingroup that has local admin access). The configuration i SQLNET.ORA is set to NTS. The problem is that it prompts for a password which I don't want to or can't enter when the task is executed.
When I tested using a local account with the same groups all worked fine.

Isn't this supposed to work with Domain users ? Is there a limit in the length of the username (the acoount name in the ORA_DBA
is like this : \\DOMAIN\A-XXXX-ZZZ-IIII-GG) ?

I have totally run out of clues.....

Best regards
