Tutorial/Guide on converting PL/SQL to Java?

Does anyone know where I can find information on converting PL/SQL to
pure Java? Preferably freely available online, but I'll take anything.
The hope is that I could take my PL/SQL code and write 100% Java while
using the Oracle JDBC driver.
