Hi Daniel,

Here is some "meter" for the German Freelance IT market (basic German skills required):

The third column is the avg, hourly rate (in EURO), next column is total # requests,
then follows the percentage w.r.t. total (compared to previous month). After that the number of freelancers availables vs. registered. The scale compares the market requirements (N) with available resources (A).
'A' heavy means comparatively many resources
'N' heavy means comparatively high demands
