No, I don't think so. I have always believed that indexes (in terms of looking something up) is the correct plural form of index when talking (e.g.) databases, whereas indices is the term for, for example, 2 to the power of 8.

By the way, sorry to be pedantic. but it is 'classically'. That I do know.

Don't take this too seriously. BTW, excellent website. Keep it up!
