PL/SQL and e-mail

Hi All,

Currently I am developing an application that can be used to managed non-fatal errors and data processing information. The app allows a user to define message profiles along with receipt details and deliver this via e-mail. The app also allows you to set up schedules for the delivery of the mail and once set up will deliver based on schedule. The scheduling part is modelled on unix CRON facility. I would like to know if anyone out there would find such an application useful and if so, please pass comments. I would be greatful for any comments people have on this subject area.
