I am using oracle 9.0.1. I tried to install XDK for PL/SQL. Can this utility be installed from client system or it has to be installed on the database only?. I tried to install this utility from client system but came across lot of problems. I assume user needs to have some rights to install this utility, if he has to install it from his login/password.

Is there any detailed documentation as how to go about installation of XDK for PL/SQL on oracle 9.0.1?

Thanks for the responses.
