The advice given *may* be correct. Whilst 9iRAC is supported on certified
hardware platforms for win2k (and the cheapness of the hardware might make
the platform attractive to a number of shops), microsoft also sell windows
cluster server. I must confess to not having read the documentation
thoroughly enough on 9iRAC but would be a bit suprised if it were
implemented as a windows cluster technology on win2k.
