Change 8.1.7 EE install to 8.1.7 SE

I need to remove an 8.1.7 EE installation and replace it with a 8.1.7 SE installation on the same Solaris 8 server, without losing the data.

My Plan:

1.  Shutdown all instances and stop listner
2.  mv $ORACLE_HOME /u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7.orig
3.  Install 8.1.7 SE
4.  Copy over tnsname.ora, listner.ora, init<SID>.ora from EE install

to SE install
5. Startup all instances and listner

Does anyone see any problems with this?
