if you exported (it would be helpful to post the exp line you used) from teh
system account, and we can assume you did or you wouldn't have gotten other
users, then all you need to create are the tablespaces. Without the
tablespaces, where would all the objects go? The system user default
tablespace is system, you certainly don't want you stuff in there!
