Sorry, but using OS-authentication without incorporating the domain name is totally unsecure!
You just have to create a local user on your NT workstation with the same name (with whatever password that suits you) as an oracle user. Use 'SYSTEM' if you like, and then you can connect to the database. The workstation doesn't even have to be a member of a domain!
