You could use another database and get a controlfile trace for that as
detailed by a previous post, then edit it to change the filenames for
your logfiles and datafiles and the database name etc as appropriate. At
least that way you don't have to worry about making up the correct
syntax. :o)
Then, when you get the three controlfiles rebuilt, move a couple of them to another vg (after shutting down !) and change the initSID.ora file to reflect their new location.
