Hello, All!

i'd like to ask people about solid-state HDDs, are anybody using this thing? i mean the device which acts as HDD but there's only RAM &battery inside, going to use it for redo-logs... Size of 1Gb is quite enough for us.

where to get info about this animal?
could you recommend some vendors/models?

we're using intel-based servers / unixware7 / oracle8i
