Euro Support

Hi,

I'm using Oracle 8.1.7 with character set WE8ISO8859P15 which I believe supports the euro character (according to the documentation) but when I attempt to enter the euro character (char 128) into the database via my application (WebPage with ODBC connection to the database) I just get a blobby thing. Even with sqlplus I get the same problem. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any solutions?
