Everyone is qualified to comment on the list. The problem is that the number of people that are experts in both systems (as opposed to those with huge egos) is vanishingly small. I guess it comes down to this very simple question: "Why is Microsoft Corporation one of Oracle Corporation's biggest clients?" And that pretty much sums it up.
