We tend to use a combination of the excellent search engine at tahiti (One of the best things Oracle has done in recent memory IMO) books from third parties and searches on google. (including the famous occassion when I discovered the answer to a problem that had been puzzling me for about a day only to discover that I had posted it :-( ).
What I *would* pay money for is the manual collection in Palm doc format together with a search function. I accept that you could only load one or two manuals at a time into the device but it could be a real boon.
