For the absolute best check out Storageworks products, they are from what used to be Digital Equipment and pretty much are the standard for large scale fiberchannel. For smaller scale.. check out attotech.com they has some really low cost ATA based RAID units with dual redudant fiberchannel controllers built in .. a TerraByte fully loaded unit was only around $3k
