Yes http://otn.oracle.com/deploy/security/alerts.htm will give Oracles list of alerts. You can also look at www.securityfocus.com in their bugtraq alert database and also monitor the bugtraq newsgroup / mailing list. Also there is agood list of oracle security issues on Aaron Newmans web site at http://www.appsecinc.com. There was a number of new alters against 9iAS over the last few weeks reported by us, defcom, dave litchfield and kpmg.
