Can you elaborate on the difference between OCP CDs and ILT manuals?
Do they differ in topics covered or style of questions? Is there a
sample exam somewhere to prepare with before the actual exams?

The study material that Oracle provides (at $600 USD a CD) do not
cover what
you will be asked on the exams. I have to believe that the only
people that
are passing the newest versions must have taken the Oracle ILT
classes. My
past experiences indicate that the test questions come directly from
the
class manuals. Until more books or practice exams are available I
would
just start using the new system and reading the documentation.
