OWS-20214 and ?missing file?

Hi there,

just got back from holidays and found that my OAS does not start anymore, throwing that error from the subject.
I am also getting an information about missing file :

/d/Oracle/Ora81/orb/admin/bin/oasoorb40.exe (do not get confused, I am using Unix shell on NT ;-)))))

Below is what I am using to start OAS :

OASBIN="D:\Oas408\ows\4.0\bin";export OASBIN ORACLE_HOME="D:\Oas408";export ORACLE_HOME  ORAWEB_HOME="D:\Oas408\ows\4.0";export ORAWEB_HOME  ORAWEB_SITE="nc3abe";export ORAWEB_SITE  ORAWEBHOST_NAME="BUYLINE1"
 OWS="D:\OAS408\ows\4.0";export OWS

 echo ""
 echo "Starting all OAS processes :"
 echo "---------------------------"

 $OASBIN/owsctl.exe start -s my_own_sid

It tries to get that missing file from ORACLE_HOME that described DB, not OAS, and is not (how come?) using the one defined in the above .sh file . (this file comes and exists under OAS structure and should be taken from there)

Anyone has any ideas ?
