Can't EM console on windows 2000 machine

Hi!

I am trying to open the EM console on my windows 2000 machine and not having much luck.
After I put in sysman/oem_temp and the repository server name it comes up with an hourglass and stays there.
The Management server is Linux 7.1 with Oracle 8.1.7. Howerver oemapp console command is working fine from the linux 7.1 server itself (Logged on with the same entries sysman/oem_temp/the hostname of the LinuxServer). But it doesn't have other packs for Tuning, Diagnostics and so on (That is why I am trying to open EM console from my windows 2000).

I don't know what is happening and I can't find any files to have a look since it is not coming up with any error messages.

Any idea?
