Automation of installation

Hi,

For the set-up of an application running under Oracle 8.1.7, I need a quite complex procedure that will:
- create tables and constraints

compile about 100 packages
create triggers on tables
insert initial data into tables

I would like to write an automated procedure to do this and stop as soon as an error is detected, such as an error when creating a table or compiling a package.
What is the best way to achieve this goal?
