Not Unless u have followed some Naming Methdology ... Comments are there but it will be a Bit Tedious.

What u will have to do is to ...

Comment on Table emp is 'ProjectName-Employee Master'

then use this Query to get the Table Names...

 select table_name from dba_tab_comments where CommentS like 'ProjectName-%';
