hello,
I try to install Oracle Personal 8i on my PC (Win98). Unfortunately, when i try to connect system/manager with DBA Studio for example, i've error message ORA-12541 : TNS:no listener. I 'm using Net8 Assistant, everithing seems ok. I try without sucess tnsping.
How starting TNS? With NT, you've Service but not with Win98? My purpose is to work with Oracle (SQL, forms, little administration,...) in local mode with only my computer. I'll import a little data bases from a files. Received on Tue Dec 18 2001 - 11:52:31 CST
