Hy,



  i have a createt a new database and want to start it up wit srvmgr but 
get the following error :



srvmgr ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel



i get the following error in the trace-file



......




Starting ORACLE instance (normal)


Thu Dec 13 13:03:42 2001


WARNING: EINVAL creating segment of size 0x000000000c0a0000
fix shm parameters in /etc/system or equivalent



......




can someone help me what this error means and how i can fix it ?
