Get a lot of tracefiles

I'm confused about a lot of trace files in the udump directory. they looks like as follows:

They are createt one by one during the whole day. The max_dump_file_size is set to unlimited. The Developers are not generating any traces. Do'nt know where they come from. any suggestion ? thanks a lot Christian Lang
