So, let me complete the response and provide said list:
Enterprise edition features missing in Standard edition --
Oracle Advanced Security
Oracle Change Management Pack
Oracle Diagnostics Pack
Oracle Parallel Server
Oracle Partitioning
Oracle Spatial
Oracle Time Series
Oracle Tuning Pack
Oracle Visual Information Retrieval
Other enhancements provided by the Enterprise edition will remain in effect, since they are enhancements to existing functionality in the database such as the ability to create bitmap indexes within a VLDB/Data warehouse. The above list should get you close to an 8.1.6 Standard edition installation, hopefully close enough for evaluation purposes.
