On a related point, do you have any intention of doing a DBA book? I love the current book, but as a DBA I kept noticing places where you say "... but we won't go into that any more here, as that's a DBA issue and your DBA will know all about it."

He doesn't, because he hasn't had a chance to read a book by Tom Kyte on the subject yet :-)
